This home started in a highly neglected state, with cracked plaster, a leaking roof, damaged floors, dated kitchen, and major bathroom and plumbing issues. Drawing inspiration from St. Paul’s 1920s golden age—the era this home was built—we aimed to honor its original design elements while bringing it up to modern standards with a touch of “Boho Gatsby” charm.

Key updates included installing a new Owens Corning True Definition Duration roof, updating the gutters, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and repairing plaster and walls. We completely revamped the kitchen and bathroom, preserving the original tub, refinished the floors and woodwork, and installed new light fixtures, appliances, and fresh paint throughout. The result is a stunning transformation that beautifully blends historic character with modern living.
