We offer a personalized experience tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and project.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Agent at RESIDE. As a Real Estate Agent, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting clients in buying, and selling properties. You will be responsible for prospecting clients, conducting property showings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role that will primarily be located in and around Edina, MN, with the flexibility to work from home and in the field while you serve your clients.

Requirements

• Valid Real Estate License
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in real estate sales
• Knowledge of real property market trends and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• High level of business ethics
