With 17+ years in the construction restoration industry, Kyle has consulted nationally for many large contractors training their organizations on the restoration process.
As a pioneer in the window restoration industry, he is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in his field. A graduate of UW- Eau Claire, he is passionate about restoring historic homes, skiing, and spending time outdoors.

When not working on her own home renovation projects, Maddie enjoys crocheting, and spending time with her dogs, cat, and tortoise—proof that every home needs a little personality.

Beyond the job site, family is everything. Married and proud parent to three amazing kids. Erek is an avid hockey enthusiast, enjoys spending time outdoors, and being with his family. His love for teamwork, discipline, and craftsmanship carries through in his professional and personal life, making him a well-rounded leader and mentor in the field.

John is the Manager of the Restoration Consulting Team at RESIDE.
With early career experience that shaped his approach to leadership, John is committed to creating opportunities for others to succeed. He remains active on the front lines, supporting both clients directly and his team in complex, high-stakes situations. In addition to his sales role, he leads recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts, focusing on building a strong, well-prepared team. Known for his thoughtful training practices and commitment to customer satisfaction, John works to uphold the values of RESIDE while fostering trust with clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time with his pets, and staying active. He values his health and well-being—and, admittedly, still finds himself thinking about work even in his downtime.
